[Eeglablist] Import 'cnt' files converted from Bisoemi bdf into eeglab

Dear Yubin,

The unit of the data must be confused. Usually it is micro volt, but
sometimes data come with volt. Try 10^6 or 10^-6 to scale the data to see
if it helps.
