[Eeglablist] Can pop_epoch define epochs using multiple triggers?

It sounds like what you need would entail having epochs of variable lengths
(assuming the amount of time between stimulus and awareness rating is not
constant across trials). As far as I know, EEGLAB is not able to handle
variable length epochs, although Fieldtrip is. Alternatively, if you want
to stay within EEGLAB, you could just check the data to see what the
longest latency between stimulus and rating is across all trials in the
dataset, and then use an epoch length long enough to encompass that (and
therefore long enough to encompass both triggers in all the other trials as
well).
