Hi Brian,

It looks like the submodules are not downloading via the plug-in manager. For now, you can manually download matconvnet and viewprops from https://github.com/sccn/ICLabel<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__github.com_sccn_ICLabel&d=DwMFaQ&c=n7UHtw8cUfEZZQ61ciL2BA&r=TRx_2zPEKjt2eUqOrrQ2qy2yNPA3tLhBWOLba81oTK8&m=k7VnLh9dh25V5AyVxsoLXEjbDQiTnjtsrAhtLQTTiTk&s=Rbca-nV2KMHfnc0PcdHYCk3uU_cjO4ypCrhvWlJMF0Q&e=> and place the downloaded files into the plug-in folder. I'm also pinging the main developers here.
