[Eeglablist] Single trial Resting state data

Hi,I have a question,( although some questions are so basic, I apologize for the simplicity of my questions, it is just i am a fresh learner and many things are still ambiguous in my mind):
I want make sure if it is correct to apply EEGLAB TimeFreq() on Restin State, single trial data.
