[Eeglablist] SIFT error

I have been trying to get SIFT to work using the current 2019.1 EEGLab and
Matlab 2019b but keep running into an error that I cannot fix.  I can get
it to work in EEGlab 14.1.2 and MatLab 2013a.

The error is in function PropertyGrid.set.Properties() at line 167:
Undefined function 'mod' for input arguments of type
'matlab.ui.container.Panel'.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
