[Eeglablist] What to do with EOG channels when average re-referencing and ICA decomp.

Dear Maitane, 

You need to exclude EOG channels from the ICA decomposition if they do not share the same reference as the EEG channels. As Cedric indicated, ICA should be able to identify your eye artifacts without using your EOG channels.
