[Eeglablist] [PLUG-IN UPDATE] Reject and Interpolate Channels on a Trial-By-Trial Basis

Hello all,

TBT plug-in version 2.6.1 is now available on EEGLAB!

For those not familiar with TBT:
*The Problem:*
You have a channel that was noisy on 10% of trials, but was otherwise well
behaved, and you'd hate to lose it or those trials.

*The Solution:*
Use the TBT plug-in to remove and interpolate the channel only when it
miss-behaves, based on any of the available epoch method (or the added
max-min threshold method provided by TBT).
You can also manually specify the channels per-epoch you wish to have
removed and interpolated (not available in the GUI).

*What's new in this release:*

   - [IMPROVEMENT] the TBT process is *much *faster (thanks to changes in
   the helper tbt_bool2cell).
   - [FIX] When closing the plotting dialog via the X button, the function
   does NOT run (oops).
