[Eeglablist] Compiling AMICA for NVIDIA GPU?

Thanks very much Makoto. I was hoping to continue with the benefits of AMICA and to use multiple model estimation as well with that algorithm. I haven't worked with the infomax algorithm in a while since I found its estimated components to be less interpretable than those of AMICA over a few different cognitive EEG studies. But I'll check again. I'm glad to know that CUDAICA offers substantial acceleration.

Best wishes,

Michael

Dear Michael,

I don't know NVIDIA I heard of CAUDAMICA years ago developed by my former
colleague, but he told me that the implementation did not efficientize the
process.
CUDAICA was very successful. This is infomax based. I used it several times
and it was really fast.
