Hi Juliana,

if you want to estimate relationships between oscillations at different
frequencies there is a very nice toolbox in eeglab that has been recently
released *PACtools* available here.
https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://github.com/sccn/PACTools__;!!Mih3wA!WT4TdNQOY6YacExyX_LVmfL-3Wk26idB4TO5auiDATCnkc6zOX6Kyo3-Nrpm5rZT5zlJxg$

The toolbox allows estimating all sorts of relationships such as phase to
amplitude coupling (PAC), amplitude to amplitude coupling, phase to phase,
and so on using the most common methods for PAC used in the literature. It
also has a new method implemented that estimates instantaneous and
Event-Related PAC using Mutual Information (see Martinez-Cancino et al
2019).

If you want to use the *IMAT* toolbox let me know, it will be released
soon. The IMAT toolbox can separate independent spectral modulators in EEG
brain source activity and thus should be able to identify independent
spectral peaks and related harmonic activity.

Best wishes, Johanna
