[Eeglablist] [EXT] Re: Help needed for identifying label indexes

Hello Clement,

Thank you for reply! Is there any other possible way to get them? My EEG.chanlocs.labels. has labels for the channels only and Plot > Channel Data (scroll) shows the events, but manually lookup each event will be imprecise and time consuming for our research. But if EEGLAB can plot the events, that means the events indexes are stored somewhere in there?

Thank you much again.

Hi Poli,

Have you successfully imported the .mff files into EEGLAB? In EEGLAB, Plot > Channel Data (scroll) can be helpful. Otherwise you can check EEG.chanlocs.labels.

Hello everyone,

I'm PhD student in CS and new to Eeglab. I'm struggling with preprocessing my dataset correctly. In particular, maybe anyone can kindly point me how can I see the indexes of labels to the raw signals? I work with .mff file. (In other words, when I see a matrix with raw signals for each channel, how can see which label corresponds with which signal?
(I can see events while plotting the data. So, I'm sure that the event labels indexes exist somewhere in the dataset).

Thank you much in advance!
