[Eeglablist] difference waves

Hello EEGLAB members,
I collected data using a masked priming paradigm. I have two types of word primes: related to the word target and unrelated to the word target. I cleaned the data, ran ICA,  and created a simple study using Makoto's preprocessing guidelines. I need to make difference waves.
I appreciate it if there is anyone who could provide me with a script to run in MATLAB to make diference waves, as I have over 100 participants.
