Thank you so much for the extensive documentation available on the EEGLAB wiki (https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__eeglab.org_&d=DwIFaQ&c=-35OiAkTchMrZOngvJPOeA&r=kB5f6DjXkuOQpM1bq5OFA9kKiQyNm1p6x6e36h3EglE&m=pwlDluVXQPtBqM9UFcw1d6VRIVYSSQqWeYZqe2C-f3c&s=PgGT6oIllCRq1K0gr7rt4XzRoZ3vdc9j171zK5ClxnE&e= <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__eeglab.org_&d=DwIFaQ&c=-35OiAkTchMrZOngvJPOeA&r=kB5f6DjXkuOQpM1bq5OFA9kKiQyNm1p6x6e36h3EglE&m=pwlDluVXQPtBqM9UFcw1d6VRIVYSSQqWeYZqe2C-f3c&s=PgGT6oIllCRq1K0gr7rt4XzRoZ3vdc9j171zK5ClxnE&e= > ).
As an “end-user of tools” type of lab (@ninetlab), we find this a golden resource we utilise all the time.
While there is extensive documentation in the “Write scripts” section, I was wondering whether there is a section somewhere in the Wiki where batch processing [for QC purposes] is described? or perhaps there is a QC batch pipeline out there someone has described using EEGLAB you could point me to?
Thank you kindly and very grateful for all the resources and support you make available,
Fidel
