that the Individual Alpha Frequency is far from an established fact, as for
many subjects (and, no doubt, situations) detailed data-driven source
analysis (ICA) and frequency mode analysis (IMAT plugin) show that a
single subject may have alpha sources with different peak frequencies, and
(2) alpha peak frequency varies across time (as also noted by Klimesch).
