Good morning,
To plot the channel locations with eeglab I was using MNI coordinate file. However by using it for my eeg file which contains 128 channels, 2 channels were missed: O9 and O10.
When I am using BESA file – coordinates for all channels can be loaded.
Could you please explain to me, why with MNI two channels are missed? And if MNI file is better as BESA file for further processing?
Thank you in advance
