[Eeglablist] EEG electrodes position

The EEGLAB plug_in get_chanlocs reads 3D electrode positions from a 3D
image scan recorded by a Structure.io camera attachment to an iPad. In
practiced hands, this method is at least as accurate as wand-based magnetic
or optical scanning systems that cost much more. See an overview how_to
