Dear all EEG specialists,
 
I have a question for all EEG specialists here. That is how can I get EEG source correlation matrix from current density power/XYZ time series?
 
EEGLAB-preprocessed scalp EEG data (.txt) have been transformed into EEG source  data (current density power/XYZ time series) (.txt) with eLORETA software (using  Connectivity 1 function in the the utility panel). 
 
Any suggested matlab-based toolbox? or any matlab script?
