Hello EEGLAB users

I am new to EEGLAB and primarily use the GUI to deploy the steps in EEG processing. I have managed to complete the preprocessing (filtering, ICA and removal of bad/noisy artefacts from each of the participants). The subjects have different numbers of ICA rejected

My example data-set has 3 participants with trials corresponding to three different conditions interleaved within a single session. The number of channels is 16 ( and re-referenced to one of the electrodes reducing them to 15 before ICA). I have epoched based on the condition and created 9 files (3 subj*3 condt) and saved them as .set files.

  1. When I use the create a study (Simple ERP design) option and load the created .set files, I receive an error saying 'Index exceeds the number of array elements (in eeg_interp() function).

Could someone please let me know where I am making mistake? Any pointers will immensely help

Thank you so much

Alekhya
