[Eeglablist] How to highlight channels in red in the channel plot scroll?

Dear Sarah,
I don't know about pop_eegplot(), but vis_artifacts() has this feature. For example, it displays in red which bad channels were removed by clean_rawdata(), so you should be able to adapt that function to do what you need.
