Hi there,
Thank you for your email. I had the problem when computing ERPs. After having created the STUDY, it could not precompute ERP measures. This was true using both script and GUI.
Best regards,
Andrea

Hi,
Can you be more specific? Which measure and which parameters? ERP (removing baseline or not), Power spectra (FFT, PSD), etc. I remember having a similar issue recently when trying to compute PSD but no when selecting FFT.
Maybe Arno can give some feedback. Otherwise, you can submit an issue on github: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://github.com/sccn/eeglab/issues__;!!Mih3wA!EmJLtKizl9aTYl-OZgfRzMhMoOX304kMnkwB2bNMTtsPX_RAd8Rt0NOU4QXNtUywf4uQrKueFYqzpzYuK8q-snDIh2VtaNs$

After epoching, I merged the two files for LIMO but, in some ways, this is causing problems to STUDY. Unfortunately, I don't get any error from Matlab to report, but when I precompute channel measures (erp) it gets stuck for hours. I've tried even using just 2 or 3 participants and it does the same. I was wondering whether there is something wrong with my epoched and merged files. I am not sure if any of you has experienced some like this. I'm more than happy to share few .set files if necessary.
