Dear Professor,

I am using EEGLAB for removing artifacts from Simultaneous EEG-FMRI
signals. After using ICA on EEG signals (16 channels for 2 lakh data
points), when you check the SNR it shows infinity . ICA was intended to
remove the eyeblink artifacts. After which we applied gradient artifact
removal and pulse artifact removal after detecting QRS, but the SNR shows a
negative value which is an indication that noise is more than the signal.

Signal to noise ratio was calulated as the original signal as the signal
(x1) and noise as x1-x2 where x2 is the denoised signal after running
either ICA/gradient artifact removal/pulse artifact removal;
SNR=x1/(x1-x2). SNR values are in dB. SNR command is used from Matlab for
nonsinusoidal waveforms
Is it possible to kindly help me in this regard.
pls find attached the details of the result.
With warm regards
Subha
