[Eeglablist] Topographical Plotting of Continuous EEG Data

Hello Cedric,
Thank you very much for the response.
I apologize as that was my miscommunication. I am currently running several studies under different parameters, and the following is what I face when analysing these individually:
As I do indeed have several subject, conditions, and sessions per each study, when I attempted to use EEGSTUDY statistics it initially stated that the design has either two or more categorical variables or one continuous variable, and that I need to use the LIMO_EEG Tools. Once I then adjust/edit the study design, I receive an error stating:
"It seems as if the first input argument is a FieldTrip data structure,
while a cfg is expected"
Similarly, when attempting to use Limo Estimate Model Parameters, I receive the same error.
I have been searching the forum for a solution to this but have not found any recent solutions to this error. For this reason, I would greatly appreciate assistance in navigating this.
Kind regards,

Hi Hazmin,
What do you mean by "I have created studies", you should create only one study, with all the files, and update the fields to compare tasks/conditions.
LIMO provides scalp topographies, and looks at all frequencies with robust statistics, which is much better than looking at bands separately. Do you mean that you weren't successful at using the LIMO analysis, or that the scalp topographies it provides are not corresponding to your needs?
You can also try the EEGLAB STUDY statistics, following these steps from the tutorial: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://eeglab.org/tutorials/10_Group_analysis/study_statistics.html*1-way-anova-on-erp-scalp-topographies__;Iw!!Mih3wA!EUBD-ybWZA2D8TjkSRzcKM-0BApH204yNIn8vU2-s7gX8TVxeEkIkfemv0FQ8yEb12D-xDibt-gCgFYbpTghqIRvXSxDMe5vcgMj$
This is for ERP but you can do the same for continuous data. Select your frequency band of interest instead of time range, and "Plot averaged over time/frequency".

With this stated, I have unfortunately not been successful in achieving the desired plots, therefore am reaching out for guidance on achieving PSD topographical maps for groups of continuous EDF data.
