The Cluster of Excellence “Hearing4all” at the University of Oldenburg 
(in collaboration with Hannover Medical School and Leibniz Universität 
Hannover)offers a fellowship for a postdoctoral scientist with a 
background in auditory cognitive neuroscience or technical audiology or 
related fields.

Hearing4all focuses on the causal explanation of hearing disabilities, 
the improvement of audiological diagnostics and the development of new 
advanced rehabilitative strategies to improve hearing experience for all

The fellowship consists of a 9-month stay at the interdisciplinary and 
international setting of Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg - Institute for 
Advanced Study (including free accommodation) and a subsequent 15-month 
research position at the University of Oldenburg. The University of 
Oldenburg hosts state-of-the-art neuroimaging facilities and labs 
including MRI, MEG, EEG, fNIRS and brain stimulation.

Candidates are requested to contact one of the Hearing4all group leaders 
at the University of Oldenburg for preparing a project outline before 
applying at the Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg. For details and information

the fellowship is not fixed.
