Hi everyone,
We are working with a great, publicly available dataset. The line noise at
50 hz is quite strong, and seems to be giving zapline-plus some trouble.
zapline either can't remove it fully, or seems to distort the overall curve
of the signal. images below, including the original and attempts with
zapline. we are using the 'line' option.
i've tried putting zapline before and after either filtering and clean_raw,
but still seems to be having trouble. we are interested in gamma activity,
which certainly makes this a bit tricker than just filtering < 50.
curious if others have some tricks or suggestions!
Brian
