[Eeglablist] TMS-EEG analysis

Dear all,

I am conducting TMS-EEG analysis. I am able to calculate TMS-evoked
potentials for each channel using TESA. However, I am having difficulty
comparing two conditions (stimulation condition and sham condition). I
would like to know the steps in TESA or EEGLAB to perform a comparison by
taking the subtraction or simply comparing each channel.
