Hi all, We are using the RELAX pipeline to clean our resting state EEG followed by ROIconnect for analysis. We are trying to decide between 1-sec vs 2-sec non-overlapping epochs. Does anyone have any opinion on whether one might be superior to the other with respect to cleaning?
