[Eeglablist] Scrolling through synchronised EEG and video

Kelsey -
The MoBILAB plug-in for EEGLAB can scroll through concurrent EEG and video
(AND motion capture, etc.) when it is collected and synched using LSL and
stored in its .xdf format. It sounds as if you have an integrated, directly
sync'ed system - for which there might be a commercial software app. For
video annotation, we've found that the open source ELAN app is excellent.
Once the event table (identified using ELAN) is in place, then it can be
exported into the 'EEG.events' substructure of the EEGLAB 'EEG' data
structure and the EEG data then scrolled by *eegplot* showing the event
markers.
I strongly suggest you consider using the HED system to tag (describe)
events in the data - see hedtags.org. EEGLAB also have functions to select
data on the basis of their HED string descriptions...
