Dear Sander
if the .set dataset is an EEGLAB-ready one (should be so by looking at the
pipeline you mentioned), then you should just follow the steps indicated on
the tutorial to plot the spectra

https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://eeglab.org/tutorials/08_Plot_data/Plotting_Channel_Spectra_and_Maps.html__;!!Mih3wA!GL2ijgqPygnW3EXHaixfKAvGv3zK6kGxZT-nodMAQ4Gt9AQoww0eGKHBO0hllhfQ74keKWCntgZBTXJhDPo9nXDt_Pfnrqs-$

and then to chapter 10, see e.g.
https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://eeglab.org/tutorials/10_Group_analysis/study_statistics.html*statistics-on-spectra-itc-and-ersp__;Iw!!Mih3wA!GL2ijgqPygnW3EXHaixfKAvGv3zK6kGxZT-nodMAQ4Gt9AQoww0eGKHBO0hllhfQ74keKWCntgZBTXJhDPo9nXDt_KRKq2ND$
for the group analysis/stats (or you can also do single subject stats).
