[Eeglablist] Need help setting up a complex analysis in LIMO

I ran a large 3-stimulus visual oddball task and have cleaned and epoched the data, but am having trouble figuring out how to set up an analysis in LIMO because of the complexity of the task,  which includes not only 3 stimulus types, but also other within-subjects factors: Stimulus type (3) x Drug (3) x and PrePostDrug (2). We will also want to explore the effects of several covariates.
I have reviewed the video training sessions by Delorme, but it only goes over simplier designs.

Hi Nadereh,

Matlab has a list of preset paths. Any files located under that paths are
visible from Matlab so that when you type 'Use this function X' without any
explicit use of full path, Matlab can just execute that function X. You
need to add the path to your 'eeglab.m' to Matlab's path list.
