[Eeglablist] EEGLAB Plugins on windows version

If you are using the compiled version of EEGLAB, you cannot install plugins. There are 21 plugins installed by default and we are trying to add more and more, but no new plugin may be installed after EEGLAB is compiled. Yo can only install plugins when using the MATLAB version of EEGLAB.
