[Eeglablist] EEGLAB default colormap change

Dear all,
In the next version of EEGLAB (and currently in the EEGLAB develop branch), we are planning to retire the jet colormap and instead use the turbo colormap as default for scalp topographies and time-frequency plots. These are similar colormap (see pictures below).

The reason for this change is that the jet colormap is not perceptually accurate (i.e., it leads to falsely infer magnitude differences). The turbo colormap is a replacement for jet that is perceptually accurate. More information is available in the two reference papers below.
You will always be able to change the colormap in the icadefs.m option file, and revert to jet if this is your preference.
