Hi Theresa,
That matlab script is only for use on the NSG portal cluster, and it looks
like you are trying to run it locally. If that is the case, I suggest you
try downloading the regular amica plugin from file->manage extensions. Then
you can use the gui, or the runamica15.m function.
Best,
Jason

Subject: [Eeglablist] running AMICA with multiple models for subject data
Hello,
I am trying to run amica17_nsg.m on a combined EEG dataset which includes
both mobile and standing conditions. However, I am only able to load my
preprocessed dataset until I receive an error message in the command window.
My current steps up until this point:
1. Add path to amica17_nsg folder; remove paths to any other instances of
AMICA in path
2. Preprocess data (HPF, cleanline, channel/time window rejection,
iCanClean)
3. Open MATLAB session on local desktop
4. Load EEG dataset
5. Declare variables (out_dir, num_models =3)
6. Enter the following into the command line:
* runamica17_nsg(EEG, 'outdir', out_dir, 'do_reject', 1, 'numrej', 5,
'rejsig', 4, 'num_models', num_models)
The output in the command window:
Will overwrite output in Z:\theresa.hauge\AMICA\amica17-test\
The syntax of the command is incorrect.
Running AMICA across multiple nodes ...
'export' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable
program or batch file.
I have also attached the input.param file that is created. Any help or
guidance would be appreciated!
Sincerely,
Theresa
