*Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and technically savvy recent
graduate or experienced undergraduate researcher to join our research team
focused on the development and understanding of hybrid human-technology
intelligence. This position is ideal for someone passionate about
neuroscience and interested in contributing to cutting-edge research that
combines human and artificial intelligence for decision making, creativity,
and rapid adaptation.The RA  will play a critical role in design,
implementation, and conducting physiological and behavioral experiments.
The RA will take the lead managing laboratory operations,  to ensure the
smooth running of our research projects.This is an excellent opportunity
for someone seeking to broaden their experience prior to graduate programs
in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, and Data
Science.  Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design and execution of
experiments related to hybrid human-technology intelligence in the realm of
decision making, creativity, and adaptation.- Collect, organize, and
analyze experimental data using behavioral (in laboratory and online)  and
neuroscience (EEG. fNIRs) methodologies.- Collaborate with
interdisciplinary research teams to ensure successful project outcomes.-
Prepare reports, presentations, and publications related to research
findings.Required Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree in a related field
such as Neuroscience, Computer Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a
similar discipline.- Strong interest in neuroscience and human-AI
interaction.- Strong  proficiency in programming (Python, Matlab, etc) -
Familiarity with machine learning and LLMs.- Excellent organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with
attention to detail.- Effective communication skills, both written and
verbal.- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary
team.Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in a neuroscience
research laboratory setting.Location: UC Irvine, Irvine, CA, must be
able/willing to travel to Palo Alto/San Francisco to work with
collaborators.  Pay: $57k-69k (depending on experience and educational
