[Eeglablist] Biosig Plugin - Missing Dependency

Hi Brian,
Alois told me he was working on fixing the problem. Hopefully, the plugin will be updated next week.
My understanding is that you can try to recompile mexSLOAD yourself or use an earlier version of BIOSIG below
