[Eeglablist] ICLabel update from v1.5 to 1.6 (EEGLAB from v2024.0 to 2024.1)

Dear Güliz,

Unfortunately, the change also affects labeling and rejection. The reason it took some time to detect is that the labeling and rejection are slightly off but not completely incorrect (because the corrupted map resembles the correct map).

The plotted scalp topography of the component is actually correct in ICLabel (although the labels are slightly wrong). This issue affects the ICLabel calculation and the replotting and calculation of clustered components.
