This year again we will mount a *Swartz Center booth *
at the Society for Neuroscience meeting in Chicago.
It is *Booth #1839* in the Exhibitor space - among the nonprofit booths
in the same row as the big US National Institutes of Health (NIH) booth.
Please stop by to chat about EEG (etc), EEGLAB, NEMAR, HED, MoBI,
or anything you'd like.

On SATURDAY AFTERNOON (October 5) we will also present two posters:
first authors are Yahya Shirazi and Dung Truong.
- we believe the listings below give their locations: *V9 & V10*

 October 5, 2024, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Session PSTR050 - Software Tools: fMRI, EEG, and LFP

Yahya is presenting on the new dataset available on our open NEMAR.org

Child-Mind Institute's huge Healthy Brain Network project - now including
high-density EEG data from 2,200 children to young adults (eventually to
reach ~5,000) performing 6 tasks in an hour session. These will have MRI,
individual channel locations, and simultaneous eye tracking available as
well... All in BIDS format with complete HED (Hierarchical Event
Descriptor) annotation of the experiment timeline.

- Recording details of events in time-series data: The Hierarchical Event
Descriptor (HED) system
Dung ('young') is presenting on latest developments in documenting exactly
WHAT HAPPENED during an experiment using HED - the ONLY system developed
for this purpose. HED (hedtags.org) now has an extensive tools,
documentation,
and support infrastructure - now including an interactive AI annotation
assistant! ...

Hope to meet you there ...
