[Eeglablist] Inquiry: EEGlab plugin get_entropy()

Is there a reason I am unable to find this plugin through the extension menu... Manual install only? The following link was discovered in a IEEE publication Cannard and DeLorme via google search. Looking for irregularities in EEG in neurodevelopmental disorders (DEE's)
