[Eeglablist] EEGLAB Orientation

Here is the summary from the meeting.

   1. The EEGLAB plugin 'eegstats', which Arno recommended, is a perfect
fit for this task. Please use it.
   2. Before applying 'eegstats', please perform a simple
   window-rejection-based data cleaning.

   3. 'eegstats' can save the results on a harddisk. The unit of the values
is in dB (Arno, please correct me if I'm wrong)
