[Eeglablist] Baseline removal

Hello everyone ,

I am conducting a mobile EEG experiment for my master thesis. I am interested in an ERD analysis in the mu and beta bands . 

After epoching my data I realized that the baseline period which I wanted to use for baseline correction had a lot of noise from movements -2000ms to -1500ms so I did not baseline correct.

I understand that this step is very important for ERD analysis since it changes in event period 10000ms to 800ms to baseline. 

I want to please know if baseline correction after ICA cleaning is ideal since the recording will now be clean and if not is there any other suggestion please on how I can do this without affecting my ERD results ?
