[Eeglablist] BINICA in Windows

Hi Andrew,

There is not much speed advantage to using binica versus runica. While this was the case 10 years ago, MATLAB matrix computations are now almost as fast as C. Your error is puzzling. Could it be that you are providing more than 25 arguments? This would explain why it returns without a more informative error message.
