Dear all,
After reviewing the EEGLab documentation and related resources, I noticed that EEGLab does not seem to provide a direct "Remove artifacts using regression" function. Therefore, I would like to seek your advice on the following questions:
Regression-Based VEOG Artifact Removal:
Is it possible to implement regression-based VEOG artifact removal in EEGLab by writing custom scripts or calling specific functions?
If so, could you provide some example code or point me to relevant documentation?
Other Linear Methods within EEGLab:
If regression is not straightforward to implement, are there other linear methods available within EEGLab (e.g., through GUI functions, built-in functions, or plugins) that can effectively remove blink artifacts?
As additional information, I have collected both upper and lower EOG signals in my experiment, which might be useful for artifact removal.
I would greatly appreciate any advice, code examples, or references you could share. Thank you very much for your time and support!
Best regards,
