Hi,
I am using eeglab STUDY to compare two conditions (A and B) in a
within-subject-design.
I decided to also analyse another condition between subjects for only
condition A.
I assigned the numbers 1 and 2 in the "group" field under "edit study info"
to the sets from condition A and no value to the sets from condition B.
Afterwards I created a new study design with "group" as the independent
variable. When trying to plot the ITC I get the error:
"EEGLAB error in function std_erspplot() at line 316:
Index in position 1 exceeds array bounds"
Could anyone help me to figure out where the problem lies? Could It be a
problem that my groups are not equally sized (group 1 has one more subject
than group 2)?
Best
Tim
