[Eeglablist] Glitch or missing something on ICA labeling?

Hello all, 

I am running an analysis on premature infants’s signal using components of the EEGLab as scripts. When I run ICLabel on this data I received a couple of times two components (as shown in the below attached screenshot if visible) which are exactly the same but one is annotated as ‘muscle’ 69.1% and one is annotated as ‘Brain’ 98.2%. Is this possible? Am I missing something or is this a glitch? 

I am running EEGLab 2024.0.2 and ICLabel 1.6
