[Eeglablist] problem with data display (BDF) files

Hello,

I would like to ask about a possible solution to the problem with data
display after import.

We are working with Biosemi and we are using a config file which forces a
mastoid reference in the data online. The data is therefore already
referenced at the moment of import.

However, when importing the BDF file, we cannot visualise the data
correctly. EEGlab reads 40 electrodes correctly but only seems to be
displaying 4. Rereferencing and adding channel locations does not help.

Interestingly, once we play around with the values in the window and zoom
out, we see that all the electrode data are there, as on the screenshot
below, but they are not displayed linked to the right electrode names and
cannot be manipulated, scrolled etc. in any reliable manner.

Obviously, this makes it difficult to make any subsequent preprocessing
because we cannot visualise ICA nor reject epochs, etc.

The data can be displayed correctly in BrainVision Analyzer (checked by a
colleague with a license). We also managed to see the data correctly from
all electrodes using a Python script.

We believe this problem may be due to the config file and online
referencing.

Is it possible to overcome this problem somehow or check whether the data
is fine in a different way?

I would appreciate any help on the matter.
