[Eeglablist] Does edf store channel location info?

Hi Hanna,

You can try this EEGLAB plugin and see if it works: github.com/amisepa/import_edf

Channel labels would be stored in the info field, after importation with the edfread function. Once your dataset is loaded into EEGLAB, including the electrode labels, you can load the electrode spatial coordinates from your file (https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://eeglab.org/tutorials/04_Import/Channel_Locations.html*load-channel-location-from-file__;Iw!!Mih3wA!FN--JhFs77ajMj7xVg6SaljNoceetqPlXkEEq4khqR1RfFKVzRtg5FlKxs8twgvXbNdnLzEAYgGUto3ICG3yTPeBSw$ ) or using a 10-20 or 10-10 template (https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://eeglab.org/tutorials/04_Import/Channel_Locations.html*look-up-channel-locations__;Iw!!Mih3wA!FN--JhFs77ajMj7xVg6SaljNoceetqPlXkEEq4khqR1RfFKVzRtg5FlKxs8twgvXbNdnLzEAYgGUto3ICG240-hCyg$ ).

Hope this helps,

Cedric Cannard
