[Eeglablist] ICA components correspond to channels after full rank ave reference

Hi Grace,

 none of the data I used to develop the pipeline had channels that needed
to be rejected


That's the best. Quality of spline interpolation of electrodes at the
border is known to be poor and there is no solution for that, though they
are the ones that are more likely to show outlier values than other
electrodes surrounded by others.
