    1. Analyzing fMRI data using independent component analysis (ICA).
    2. Investigating and modeling the hemodynamics in the brain.
    3. Simultaneous recording of fMRI and multi-channel EEG.
    4. Medical image texture analysis and image segmentation.
    5. Constructing dynamic beating-heart model

                Work on:
              
    1. Estabilishing the experimental environment of the lab for neain researches with multi-modality bio-signals (e.g., fMRI multi-channel EEG, etc).
    2. System integration (fMRI, multi-channel EEG, devices for stimulation and psychophysical response recording, and workstation for data analysis.
    3. Setting up the data flow for functional MRI data acquisition, processing, and statistical analysis.
    4. Image and signal quality control.
    5. Hardware equipments for MR triggering and stimulation presentation.
    6. Software programs for image and signal format conversion and preprocessing.
    7. Involving in the research projects by Institute of Psychology and cognition of National Yang Ming University and Department of Psychiatry of Taipei-Veterans General Hospital.
