A new Bugzilla system for EEGLAB

Like any other complex and widely used programming environment, users
of EEGLAB often attempt new combinations of function inputs and then
sometimes encounter unforeseen bugs in EEGLAB functions. Other users
may conceive of or themselves develop new features in EEGLAB
functions. Experienced EEGLAB users may also develop new EEGLAB
functions that might be candidates for inclusion in EEGLAB or in the
planned contributed EEGLAB function library.

To better manage the EEGLAB bug and feature reporting process, a new
EEGLAB bug/feature reporting and tracking system, hosted by Bugzilla,
is now available at

https://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/bugzilla

New bugzilla users must first open an EEGLAB bugzilla account, a quick
and easy process that allows you:
- to report new EEGLAB bugs
- to check the status of EEGLAB bugs
- to suggest new EEGLAB features,
- to contribute new EEGLAB functions,
- to receive email updates on your previous submissions,
- to upload problem example files,
- to search, view and comment on others' submissions, and
- to download updated EEGLAB files.

The growing EEGLAB development team are committed to making EEGLAB a
stable and easily extendible environment for new methods of
electrophysiological signal processing and analysis. To strengthen and
extend the usefulness of EEGLAB, your ongoing contributions and
feedback are needed and greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
for the EEGLAB developers,
Toby Fernsler, Arnaud Delorme, and Scott Makeig
