Post-Doctoral Research Position in Brain Dynamics During Human Locomotion
University of Michigan

A post-doctoral research position is available in the Human Neuromechanics Laboratory to study brain dynamics during human locomotion using high density EEG. The research will involve studying brain dynamics in both healthy and spinal cord injured humans with simultaneous full body biomechanical analyses (kinematics, kinetics, EMG). The projects include collaborations with members of the University of Michigan Dept. of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the UC San Diego Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience. Experience with Matlab, EEG, and/or gait biomechanics is desirable. Interested candidates should submit a curriculum vitae, letter of interest, and contact information for three references to Dan Ferris, Division of Kinesiology, University of Michigan (ferrisdp at umich.edu<mailto:ferrisdp at umich.edu>). Review of applications will begin immediately. This position is for U.S. citizens and permanent residents only. For additional information, please feel free to contact me by e-mail.
