[Eeglablist] 64 Channel Neuroscan .loc file

In my experience, the ASCII file created from Edit didn't read properly in
EEGLAB (it didn't give me any errors while reading, but the locations of the
channels were all jumbled when I actually plotted them). I don't know if
that's a general problem or just something about the setup in our lab.
