[Eeglablist] bicoherence plugin

Dear Kathrin,
one way is to download the HOSA toolbox from Matlab central for free
and calculate bicoherence from the command line. Unfortunately HOSA is
no more supported.
Plotting the results in the correct axes needs some effort but can be
done (e.g. Sarnthein et al. Brain 2006)
